The Seeds of Change...

This was the first home David and Maureen built in 1993. Located in Silverthorne, Colorado, this duplex had a modest finish. The original owners still keep in touch with David and Maureen to this day and the drywall contractors in the pictures still do work for Schultz and Associates.

The Warmth and Sun of New Mexico...

After building in Summit County, Colorado David and Maureen wanted a break from the snow and long winters, so they headed South to the Mimbres Valley, just North or Silver City, New Mexico. Here they developed 2 small ranches before missing Colorado's Rocky Mountains. Here David worked with two local carpenters putting in utility wells, septic systems, and doing everything from the initial framing to the tile work and painting to building of the horse barn.

The McKinney residence in Frisco, Colorado was custom built for Joan and Nick McKinney in 2002. This home had an open feel to it with large windows and overhanging deck that faced a beautiful Rocky Mountain View.
