Schultz & Associates has started construction on 15 high-end condominiums right on the Arkansas River and a short walk to Downtown Salida. Just a few blocks from Salida restaurants, clubs, shops, art galleries and the Riverside Park outdoor amphitheater.

There are one, two and three bedroom condos and a one bedroom cabin available ranging in price from $237,500 to $750,000. Twelve of the condos have balconies that extend over the river.
