Building homes that are environmentally efficient and structurally sound is a philosophy that we practice every day on every project. We not only meet, we often exceed the current standards set by Energy Star. In fact, a majority of our homes are Certified Energy Star.

We are now building Salida River Front Condominiums, which include 15 units along the Arkansas River in Downtown Salida. In April of 2008, we purchased the Log Cabin Court Motel. In consideration of the historical value of the site, we preserved one original cabin. David Schultz and his wife Maureen started Schultz and Associates as a way for David to pursue his passion for building. Every Schultz and Associates project reflects the 17 years of growth the company has gained, with the design work carrying a flow throughout the property that makes you feel right at home. The attention to detail is prevalent throughout the home with the lighting, switch locations, window arrangements, and door swings all natural feeling with perfect placement.
